Asus P560 is to hit the European Market in June
First presented at the beginning of March, during CeBIT 2008, Asus P560 will be commercially available across Europe starting June, for a retail price of about 500 Euros (or $770). If you think this is expensive, well, it is, but the P560 seems to be worth all that money. At only 13.4 millimeters thick and 120 grams, Asus P560 packs a wide range of advanced features that make it a good choice for users who need a sophisticated smartphone. The P560 offers
- A 2.8 inch touchscreen display with 240 x 320 pixels and 65K colors
- Built-in GPS and Wi-Fi
- Quad-band GSM and tri-band HSDPA connectivity
- Music and Video players
- Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR
- USB 2.0
- A 3 Megapixel camera with auto focus, secondary video-call camera and memory expansion slot
- Runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 including Office Mobile, Pocket Internet Explorer, mail and so on
- A 450 MHz processor and 128MB of RAM, the P560 is probably fast enough to satisfy the mobile needs of all users.
For the moment there are no details about the device’s availability in other regions except Europe, but since the Lamborghini ZX1 was recently announced for India, the P560 might also be released in Asia and even in the US but when we dont know yet.
