Along with the Sony Ericsson Z780 passing through the FCC, the BeiBei smartphone also from Sony Ericsson has passed through the FCC. The FCC has also revealed the model number of the BeiBei - G702. The upcoming phone will feature all the bells and whistles of a modern smartphone including - WiFi, GPS and a touchscreen. The phone is 3G enabled, but American frequencies are left out, forcing us to question why Sony Ericsson decided to go through the FCC approval process in the first place. Alongside the European model, we have also come across a G702c model, which is most probably geared to the Chinese market.
