A new package that allows users to switch “seamlessly” between smartphones, BlackBerrys or Windows Mobile devices to the iPhone has been launched by Californian developer Mark/Space. The Missing Sync for the iPhone offers migration tools for smartphone switchers and adds synchronisation capabilities not provided by Apple. It supports migration from most smartphones using Palm OS, Windows Mobile or from BlackBerries. The software package also adds call log abilities so that users can keep track of their calls, and also browse new contact numbers and add useful ones to their addressbook on their computer. The Missing Sync for iPhone is available now from www.markspace.com. The price is $39.95, with a crossgrade from a previous product priced at $24.95. A CD version will be available soon.
