New firmware (v20.0.016) is available for the Nokia N95 8GB (right now only the European N95-2 is supported unfortunately). The highlight is the new built-in support for the automatic screen rotation function, a feature which was popularized by the iPhone. If you have gotten your hands on the RotateMe hack for the N95 this maybe nothing revolutionary but still it is cool to get something straight from the guys in Finland.
The screen rotation function can be turned on or off easily so go on and download and install the new firmware. Of course if you are using the N95 8GB NAM (N95-4), you will have to hold out a little longer.
