ARM will debut their Android prototype at the Mobile World Congress, biggest mobile conference in the world, according to Reuters. Google and ARM have declined to comment upon the news item.And with the scarcity of Android handset prototypes, we’ll take a Android demonstration wherever and whenever we get one.
