It’s been some time since we spotted the Samsung i640 as “Coming Soon” on the Vodafone website. And it’s now available to buy, Samsung i640 is FREEÂ on selected plans and comes with a 2 megapixel camera, microSD slot, tri-band GPRS / EDGE and 3G connectivity. Although it’s available to personal customers it’s still showing as coming soon to business customers.
