Samsung is expanding its offering of dual-sim phones with the Samsung D780 DuoS, destined for the mid-range market. The handset will be coming in at 300 EURÂ and will sport a monoblock/candybar form-factor. It features a 2 megapixel camera, 2.1-inch QVGA display, tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM/EDGE radio, FM radio, and microSD card slot in a 15.7mm thick package. It will be released first in Russia (of all the places in the world).
