‘YahooPhone’ from Hop-On?

Their cheap cellphones and disposable designs have made them well known, and now Hop-on have recently file trademark applications for “YPhone” and “YahooPhone.” And even though, the company has a certain extent of ties and connections to large companies such as AT&T and Verizon, it is still not clear whether they want to capture rights to the brand name or if they are are actually in the process of developing a phone for Yahoo. And you can bet that there will be more than a few legal issues to deal with for the company if indeed they intend to release a Yahoo branded phone without the consent of Yahoo.Source
