It has been rumored that HTC has a new smartphone in the works called the CONV100. It is reported that the smartphone is to be released in the regions of Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, so it is highly likely that at least 2.5G capabilities will be supported. It is all still speculation and more speculation at this point, but don’t be taken aback if the system were to sport 2.0+ EDR support.
