Word through the grapevine is that the Finnish mobile behemoth, Nokia, will be announcing their much-anticipated E71 smartphone tomorrow. The upcoming phone carries on from its ancestors, the E61/61i models and packs all that those two phones lacked. Besides the full-QWERTY keyboard, there is an improved 3.2 megapixel camera, built-in GPS, more available RAM, the new version of Symbian S60 (3.2) all packed into a smaller form factor. To state what should be obvious by now, this is one device that any gadget freak could salivate over. This could possibly be Nokia’s finest smartphone since it integrates the multimedia features of the Symbian/S60 platform into with a business minded look and feel, in a compact package.
We will have to wait and see if the rumors are true but we definitely hope that we hear Nokia’s announcement tomorrow.
