Nokia 6600 Slide, one of the latest mid-end handsets was recently approved by the FCC and it soon be commercially available in US. Announced at the end of April, together with the 6600 Fold and the 3600 Slide models, Nokia 6600 Slide can easily be categorized as a nice phone. This fine Nokia 660 has the foowing key features:

• Works on the 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 GSM frequencies as well as on the 850 / 2100 WCDMA
• A 2.2 inch TFT display with 16.7 million colors and 320 x 240 pixels
• Accelerometer, Nokia Maps
• A 3.2 Megapixel camera with double LED flash and video recording
• Music player (with support for MP3, WMA, AAC, AAC+ and eAAC+)
• stereo FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0, Opera Mini 4 browser
• Macromedia Flash Lite 3.0 support
• Email, Instant Messaging
• Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging
• USB and 20MB of expandable memory.

In Europe, the Nokia 6600 Slide will be sold for around $390, so here you are looking at almost the same price but so far no conrimation yet.
