Throughout the span of the CES, Yahoo has been busy innovating their services. Not only did they offer a new mobile home page, but now they have introduced a new fully functioning mobile service, their new Yahoo 3.0 Go. Yahoo is now allowing third-party companies to design their own widgets for the mobile interface. This, in effect, allows users to custom tune the service as per their need thanks to the various widgets that have been made available. Big names like MTV, eBay, and even MySpace have joined forces for the Yahoo 3.0 Go network, and the trend is set to continue with many more widgets of many different varieties. However, as of yet, the service works on only about 30 cellphones and just in the United States, but Yahoo plans on expanding in the new future.
