Alltel Wireless announcing the availability of the HTC Touch. Alltel, however, said there are features that differentiate its Touch from Sprint’s. The Alltel version has a panel on the touch-screen interface called the cube that lets customers access the latest smartphone applications to personalize their phones, the company said.  This Alltel Touch will also have with Alltel-specific applications such as Voice2TXT from Spinvox which is a service that converts incoming voicemails to text and sends them to the phone’s text inbox. The HTC Touch phone is available for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. This discounted price is available to new customers and existing eligible customers who sign-up for a two-year service agreement and Smartchoice rate plan. Alltel Wireless also offers Anytime Plan Changes, giving customers the flexibility to change their rate plan any time, without extending their contract.Thanks to Glenn Mandel
