If you are a frequent traveller in different states then here’s something you should along with all the new rules. even though you know that you shouldn’t use your mobile phone and/or other gadgets like MP3 players while driving, but you and yes we all do it. Keeping that in mind, it’s good to know where — in which U.S. state — you’re allowed to use a mobile phone while driving, and where that’s strictly banned.
