Orange has unveiled that they will integrate eBay, the online auction pioneer, on a host of their “Signature” devices. This would be the first jointly-branded application that the company has undertaken.
The application will let Orange users manage bids as well as view new listings using the Signature homescreen. We wonder if this is some expanding widget but right now details are hard to come by.
Orange says that in the future the application will be enhanced to give more functionality.
An executive form Orange mentioned that, “By introducing eBay to Orange Signature devices, the mobile phone is more useful than every before and our subscribers will not have to compromise between their online and mobile bidding experience”.
