Mobile coupon program from Target!
Target has announced a neat mobile coupon program.To sign up for the opt-in program text “COUPONS” to 827438, or sign up via the company’s website on a desktop or mobile. You’re then sent a text message with a link to multiple discounts. These mobile coupons will be scannable, so you can just bust out your phone at the cash register. It’ll work on all the major carriers.
