New Cricket PAYGo Monthly Plans Now Available at Dollar General Corporation StoresCricket Communications today announced the availability of its new, all-inclusive Cricket PAYGo products at nearly 1,700 Dollar General Corporation store locations in Cricket markets. 

Cricket PAYGo’s unlimited wireless service at $1, $2 or $3 per day used has been available at Dollar General stores since April 2009. Now, Cricket PAYGo monthly service plans are also available at $40 and $45 per month. Like all Cricket services, these new nationwide Cricket PAYGo offerings are available without a signed contract or credit check and feature unlimited talk, U.S. long distance, Cricket’s premium extended coverage, text, picture messaging and domestic and international text messaging. The $45 plan has all the unlimited features of the $40 plan plus unlimited mobile Web and 411 directory assistance. As with the Cricket PAYGo daily plans, the new monthly plans offer additional features at a la carte rates, include voicemail, call waiting, caller ID and three-way calling all over Cricket’s 3G EVDO network and are inclusive of telecom taxes and fees. New Cricket PAYGo top-up denominations of $40 and $45 will be added at Dollar General stores to support the new monthly plan.

The popular Samsung r211 phone will also be available at Dollar General and is priced at $20. The r211 is a sleek, modern bar style phone with color display, speakerphone and an easy-to-use interface. The r211 is Mobile Web capable, has Games and Apps and supports downloadable content including ringtones and wallpapers. The phone also features text messaging services, any-key/auto answer and personal tools such as calendar, memo pad, alarm clock, calculator, and more. The slim r211 measures 4.07 x 1.77 x .59 inches and holds up to 500 contacts.
