
Now that’s a complement for Apple. At a MWC (Mobile World Congress) interview, Google’s head of mobile states that the company “made (its) engineers check the logs again” when it was indicated in the data that the iPhone garnered 50 times the traffic than any other mobile device. He further states that if manufacturers follow the same route, in a few years’ time, desktop search will be overtaken by mobile search. That seems all the more likely now with devices like the S60 touch and Google’s own Android set for release.Source
