The iPhone has parted ways with Britain. The 2G incarnation of the iPhone is officially dead in the UK. While we knew that some thing like this was one the way, O2 UK clearly wanted to set things straight, thus their iPhone page has a short and clear “iPhone no longer available” statement. This obviously raises queries about when the 3G iPhone will be unveiled and who will get to carry the phone. Let’s hope that we will get to find out soon. It seems that June may be a busy month.
