iphone-sold-out.pngThe iPhone has already been sold out in the UK, after O2’s price cut on the iPhone and now it seems that the last reliable batch of iPhones has also run out. Apple’s own online store has halted taking orders for iPhone 8GB and iPhone 16GB devices, hinting that Apple is setting up to unveil the next-gen iPhone with 3G data connectivity.

Earlier, Apple’s online store had shown delays of 5 to 7 days for all iPhone orders, however now Apple has changed the status to “Currently Unavailable.” The worldwide dip in iPhone stock as well as Apple’s own thin supply, seem to suggest that the 3G iPhone is set for imminent arrival.

June really can’t come soon enough.
