A new set of possible 3G iPhone photos
Hardly a day seems to go by without some kind of 3G iPhone rumor/news/pics emerging onto the web. As June approaches, new 3G iPhone photos have come out thanks to the Chinese forum WeiPhone.com.
The iPhone, wearing white in these photos, shows the glossy plastic casing that was rumored to be coming on the second-gen iPhone. You can also get a look at the extra sensor near the earpiece, the redesigned dock connectors/speakers and the more tapered design. All this could make this a legitimate first look at the 3G iPhone. However Apple have built up a reputation for dropping red herrings – bandying around fake devices to throw us bloggers off their scent.
The only way to tell if this is the real 3G iPhone is when we get something official from Apple. Only time can tell it would seem…
