The carrier, Acision, made the announcement that is has begun to migrate to it’s next-gen IP voice messaging platform. The new platform will offer newer formats such as mobile instant messaging as well as supporting existing messaging formats such as voicemail and SMS. This makes good sense since next-gen messaging revenues have been projected to be valued at $12.7billion in just Western Europe (Ovum).
